I had the pleasure of meeting and interviewing Nancy Donnelly, recipient of a new heart and liver, for this "Go Red for Women" video. Although it can be a bit of a challenge both operating camera and conducting an interview, Nancy was a great interview subject and we were able to have a relaxed comfortable conversation. I found her story emerged naturally in the edit, I imagine this is similar to what sculptors experience when they talk about uncovering the sculpture in a piece of stone. The video premiered today in front of 400 women wearing red. Photographers Cyndi Freeman and Karen Pike were there and I look forward to seeing their work. Comments are closed.

On March 27th I was envious of the "pause" to reassess and learn I kept hearing about. I was fortunate enough to still be working, so I committed to a more active blog. This is my chance to think out loud about podcasting, messaging, story, nature, family and life.
