What producing over 400 Podcast Episodes Taught me About Resilience

At the 2019 Podcast Movement conference in Orlando, FL I joined 10 other presenters in a program called IGNITE.  Each talk was 5 minutes long with 20 slides each playing for exactly :15 seconds.  I spoke about lessons in resilience I have learned producing over 400 episodes of the Spartan Up Podcast. Some have to do with the unrelenting nature of producing a weekly show for 5 years, others have to do with the incredible people we've met.
